• All ZodiFreak merch is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

• Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Times:

• UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

• Orders are shipped via reliable carriers and come with tracking.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Free shipping may be available for certain promotions—stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-Order Items

• Because all ZodiFreak merch is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, or personal preference. Please check size guides carefully before ordering!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at [your contact email] within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out with a free replacement or refund.

Lost Orders

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
